I posted earlier about Julie Bass, the gardener who incurred the wrath of municipal authorities by planting a vegetable garden in her front yard. Apparently, an unhappy neighbor reported her garden and the law came down hard. Thanks to a ground swell of popular support for Julie Bass, the law backed off but found something else to chase: her dogs.
